Sports Massage

"Sports massage prepares and restores your body, enhancing performance and preventing injuries."

Sports massage is a physiotherapy and manual therapy technique focused on improving muscle performance and athlete recovery.

Through deep pressure, friction, and stretching adapted to each discipline, the aim is to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and accelerate the elimination of toxins after physical exertion.

About the Session

Assessment and Personalized Treatment

Each session begins with a postural and functional assessment of the athlete, analyzing their type of activity, load level, and areas of muscle overuse.

The treatment combines deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and active stretching. Depending on the phase of the athletic cycle, the following is applied:

  • Pre-competition massage: to activate the muscles, improve blood flow and prepare the body before exertion.

  • Post-competition or recovery massage: to eliminate metabolic waste, reduce fatigue and promote tissue regeneration.

We always conduct a personalized consultation beforehand to determine the most appropriate approach based on the discipline, training level, and recovery goals.
