Patrick (Ireland) founded Arequipa Massage in 2013 specialising in manual therapies such as therapeutic massage, osteopathy,  myofascial release, dry needling, chinese acupunture and manual orthopedic therapy. He takes a special interest in chronic pain, stress and musculosketal injuries and conditions. He regulary appears on TV talking about chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries. 

His clients include Peruvian Olympic runners and Peruvian Primer League footballers.

Patrick has studied manual therapy and dry needling techniques with some of the world leading experts and authors on manual therapies for Myofascial pain, Dr. Jan Dommerholt Bethesda, U.S.A. As well as training in Neuromuscular Therapy with Dr. Scott Bernius, D.C. New York, U.S.A. He has a degree in biochemisty as well as completed a postgraduate diploma in manual orthopedic therapy and is currently completing a 5 year postgraduate course, D.O.M.T. in Osteopathy,Canada.
